Recently, our regular Israeli client ordered 12 sets of electromagnetic flow meters, highlighting the reliability and trust in Henan Panda Instrument’s solutions. These meters are designed for the chemical industry and oil & gas applications, where accurate and durable flow measurement is essential.
For this project, the meters feature a 316L stainless steel body, PTFE liner, and Hastelloy C electrodes, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. This material combination ensures accurate flow measurement even under harsh conditions with aggressive chemicals, high-viscosity liquids, or fluids containing suspended solids.
Electromagnetic flow meters are ideal for industrial applications because they have no moving parts, reducing maintenance while providing reliable performance. They handle varying flow rates, temperature changes, and potential contamination, making them suitable for pipelines carrying acids, alkalis, or other corrosive liquids commonly found in chemical plants and oil and gas facilities.
